I sat there looking at the pages of the textbooks, I couldn’t focus my mind was so far away and it really bothered me. Alex hasn’t talked to me since then, and I’ve tried to talk to her but its like she’s not there. Maybe a run will cheer her up or at least get her to talk to me, right now she’s the only on I have to talk to about this. I got up and grabbed my running gear; I pulled my hair up into a messy bun before heading down stairs. "Hey you off for a run?" Esme asked. “Just need so air and a little exercise,” I said and I said goodbye. I walked out of the house and ran into the woods, I ran until my lungs screamed for a break. I jogged to the small spring cupping the water and bringing it to my mouth, crisp and fresh. I sat there running my hands through the water; it was relaxing
