The training is going well, we started with a warm up by stretched and running in circles. Then while they were finishing up running the last circle I put up the stations. I have push ups, suicides and sit ups and before you get to the next station you have to run a circle. “So girls, we have three stations, I will run through them one time and then I want us to run through it at least five times” I walk to the first place and shake my shoulders up and down getting ready to go down to the grass. “Twenty” I say and go down doing twenty push-ups. Then I run a circle then I get to the suicides. “You run three times, to each pole and back” I then do the suicides, back and forth sprinting, yelling out one, two and three as I go.
