I have been unable to sleep a wink all night.
The thought of Cissy's pack being slaughtered and her and Xanna being left alone in the world without protection is unsettling. According to Gamma Eugne, this happened three years ago, when Cissy was only fifteen. It is a miracle that two young she-wolves were able to survive against dangerous pack wolves and humans. I am curious about how they managed to survive all those years since they were not allowed to work.
Today, they will provide us with answers.
