Elli’s Point of View
“Mom!” I call for her as soon I as realized it was her. “Y-You’re alive,” I said while crying. Hindi ko maipaliwanag ang galak na nararamdaman ko dahil sa nalaman kong buhay pa pala siya.
“T-Thank you, Elli. I’m sorry… I’m sorry for leaving.” I heard my moms voice broke. “Your brothers?”
“T-They’re okay, mom. What happened to you? Akala ko babalikan mo kami? We are waiting mom.”
“I’m… I’m really sorry. We were about to get you pero mayroong nangyari sa daan habang papunta kami sa inyo.”
“Dad, how about dad?”
“He’s here. Dad will talk to you.”
“Princess?” My heart skips a bit when I heard my dad’s endearment for me. Lalo tuloy akong napaiyak dahil sa saya, lahat ng pangamba ko nawala dahil narinig kong buhay sila. I just missed them. Both of them.
