Oliver’s answer was – There is no article in the manual of operations of Prime Care that a doctor-member of its Board of Directors is required to serve as his/her capacity as a doctor in the hospital. When I resigned as a Deputy CEO of Prime Care sometime in September and my grandmother sold her shares at Prime Care, I retained my shares in memory of my Lola Rebecca and my mother who left those accumulated 20 percent shares that I have as inheritance from both of them. I am also the next legal heir to the living trust that my Lolo had set-up before he passed away and that included his 25 percent shares in Prime Care.
