I had a splitting headache. It was actually killing me and I didn't know what to do about it. The painkillers I had taken weren't working at all. And to top it all, I was alone in the cabin. Dylan had left a note, telling me he had gone out to buy some food. I growled, standing up from the bed. I closed my eyes tightly, trying to steady myself. When I finally did, I made my way downstairs. I stared at the front door for a few seconds and finally decided to go outside. I felt the wind rushing by, a cold crisp wind carried leaves. Beautiful, golden brown leaves. Fall was the season I liked the most, honestly. Here, in Mirefield, the fall was the perfect balance when it came to weather. The perfect point between cold and hot, I loved it. And to wear Dylan's hoodie- well, it was mine already
