System.

Definitely, Jax knew what a system was. After all, he had read plenty of fantasy novels and comics, which often featured protagonists who possessed some sort of "gold finger" or cheat to help them in another world. However, Jax never considered himself a protagonist, and also considering how he had died. But Nevertheless, he didn't mind having a system if it could assist him in surviving in this new world. "Hello," a voice called out. Jax turned around to find a small, chubby blue creature with a baby-like face, seemingly flying with wings. He felt a bit startled as he studied the new being, but quickly realized that it harbored no ill intentions towards him. It wore a harmless smile on its face as it stared at Jax. "Who are you?" Jax inquired. The creature replied, "Oh, don't tell me you're so oblivious not to realize, Well, I am the spirit instructor of your system. I'm here to guide you on how to grow stronger and survive better in this world." "Um, who created you?" Jax asked. The creature shook its head and remarked, "Nah, nah, that's the wrong question, You haven't earned the right to ask about that, All you need to know is that I'm here to help you survive always." Jax glanced at the peculiar-looking spirit with a hint of confusion. "Come on, don't give me that look, If you don't believe me, just say 'open system,' and I'm sure you'll see that I am not lying to you," the spirit taunted with a smug smile. "Open System," Jax whispered, and a blue light appeared before him, revealing a folder with various options. Among them, the most prominent was the map option. His Curiosity piqued, and Jax selected it, and the map displayed his small Village, showing each building, house, and even the vast land where nothing had been constructed. It was a thorough representation of every inch of the land he owned, the land that has been abandoned to him by his father. Returning to the system's main menu, Jax accessed the status options, eager to explore further. [Status Tab] Name: Jax Freeman King Level: Tier 0 King Land Level: Village Coins: 0 Spirit Coins: 0 [System Evaluation: Even a garbage king is better than you. Not having a rank is quite disappointing.] Jax glanced at the wobbling system spirit next to him. "Let me guess, you're responsible for this too?" Jax accused. [System Spirit]: [What? How dare you accuse me like that? (cough) It wasn't me!] Although the system spirit vehemently denied it, Jax was convinced that it was indeed responsible, even though he couldn't prove it. [System Spirit]: [No need to feel so down, I have a gift for you that might cheer you up.] "Oh, what is it?" Jax asked eagerly. [System Spirit]: [The newbie pack.] As soon as the system spirit finished speaking, a small envelope pack adorned with multiple colors dropped into Jax's hands. He carefully opened it, and a bright light flashed before his eyes as a new set of notifications chimed in his ears. [+5000 Coins] [+5000 Spirit Coins] [+1 set of builders] Alec finally realized what was happening. Before he ordered the "Realm of Kings" game on the dark web, he was given a beginner's guide, which hinted at the use of spirit coins and Coins as a form of currency to hire soldiers, and buy other things. Now, the system in front of him resembled the game's menu from the guidelines. Without further questioning the system spirit, Jax summoned the first set of builders gifted to him in the newbie pack. Twenty streams of light emanated from his hands, and when the light subsided, a group of twenty odd-looking short men with hammers and building equipment stood before him. Each builder specialized in a different area, and they all bowed towards Jax as the light dissipated. "Greetings to the King," the builders said in unison. A flicker of satisfaction passed through Jax's eyes as he burst out laughing. He had received the most incredible gift with this system. No longer did he need to worry about how to hire mercenaries to protect his village before he could train soldiers; he could simply use spirit coins to purchase soldiers with full loyalty to him. "Tell me, can you all build the barracks and warrior camp?" Jax inquired. He needed both buildings to Get the same set of soldiers from the Realm of Kings game, after all he had seen those warriors in the Guidelines, and he wanted a suitable place for them to reside. "Yes, my Lord, We can build those things for you, but it will cost you a thousand coins," one of the builder's stepped forward, flashing a sly smile and making money signs with his hands. Jax naturally assumed he was the leader of the builders. "So, how long will it take before both buildings are ready?" Jax questioned the leader. "It should be done in about two hours and ready for use ten minutes after that!" the man replied confidently. Jax turned to the system spirit and whispered, "Hey, how do I pay them?, I don't know how to extract coins from the system." He felt embarrassed to admit his lack of knowledge about accessing his funds in front of his new subjects. [System Spirit]: [Hmph, novice. Simply will the thousand system coins, and as long as you have enough coins, it will be deducted from your main balance.] The system spirit explained, feeling a sense of authority. Just moments ago, Jax had been acting independently, and the spirit began to question its purpose as merely an assistant to Jax, rather than being the true system itself. "Thank you," Jax said, finally turning to the builders, He willed a thousand coins into his hands, and a bag of coins appeared. He gently tossed the coins to the leader of the builders. "I want it done, quickly and Contact me when you're finished," Jax instructed as he stood up, ready to leave. "Um, boss, you seem to have forgotten one small detail," the leader builder spoke up. "What's that? I've already paid you the fee, haven't I?" Jax asked, feeling perplexed. The system spirit facepalmed itself in defeat, realizing its oversight. "Well, boss, mi Lord, you see, you have to pick a location before we can begin construction," the leader explained. "Oh, my bad. Come, let's go there so I can show you," Jax said, assuming they would follow him outside. However, when he turned around, he noticed everyone giving him strange stares. He was certain he had not said or done something wrong. [System Spirit]: [Just show them on your map. You don't have to drag them around like a child.] Jax felt a pang of embarrassment from the system spirit's comment, but he didn't take it to heart. After all, it was his first time using a system like this in reality. He had only ever used similar systems in games. He opened the map and selected two locations near his main Palace /House.
