Lori spent the majority of her weekend going over the contract. Rereading everything Aubrey particularly wrote in regards to his requirements, the very back of the contract before the actual signing of the signatures was a section dedicated for the sub to fill out all the information he previously asked of. She ignored it for the time being and flipped the page, she chewed at the inside of her cheek and look at the long list of kinks and interests listed in alphabetical order, a short dash for where she would place her initials next to what she was willing to let him do to her. She hesitated, nodding her head from side to side, thinking, debating. She placed the pen to the paper and began writing 'LH' down the first row, skipping things here and there that she for sure had no interest in and was not willing to try at all, a majority of them she initialed, others she never tried but heard good things about they sparked her interest, she circled them instead, to remind her to talk about later. The final page was empty, just even lines straight across for her to write her expectations and requirements, what she was 'looking' to get out of the experience that she was signing up for.
Lori frowned, wondering if this truly was his standard contract if all girls got this. Aubrey seemed set in his ways, he came off as a yes or no, what he was offering was what you got if you didn't want it then leave. She questioned all the free-range that was given in the contract, she questioned why he offered her three days yet his other subs were given one, each one having their day of the week. If he was just trying to fill up his week she would only Friday. She took a deep breath then released it through her nostrils, leaving the large space for writing empty.
She flipped back to the beginning but avoided all the intro information, and began jotting notes next to the specific subject she was not willing to do and or needed to discuss and change. The space he had given her to write all these things were not utilized. It began looking less like a contract and more of an essay that a teacher graded and handed back to a student.
Lori looked down at her, messages she didn't know she had due to being so deep in thought about the assignment in front of her. Janet had managed to think of more off the wall questions in regards to the contract, Lori chuckled and avoid Janet's text message thread completely, she tapped her thumbnail on the screen as she looked at the new unopened message from Aubrey. Their playful texting had carried itself well into the weekend.
TEXT FROM AUBREY: How busy are you right now?
She debated on her reply, she was no longer the submissive Lori she showed him at dinner, it was a mere example of how well she could follow direction and she wasn't sure if he understood that, she looked at the text again he was asking if she was busy and telling her she wasn't.
TEXT TO AUBREY: If what you're thinking involves food, I'm not busy at all.
TEXT FROM AUBREY: Easy.
TEXT TO AUBREY: Surprise me.
TEXT FROM AUBREY: See you in 20.
TEXT TO AUBREY: You got the address already, see you when you get here.
TEXT FROM AUBREY: Lol You never gone let that go, huh?
TEXT TO AUBREY: Nope!
TEXT FROM AUBREY: lol smh.
Lori closed the folder and took it to her bedroom placing it on her dresser and closing the door behind her, she had managed to keep him interested, without trying, a man that was very quick to lose interest and soon after move on, he had easily grown curious of her, granted it was only twos days now going on three since giving her the contract but it never took more than 48 hours for a woman to fall in the palm of his hand especially if she was already aware of the lifestyle. He was crossing a line that he normally did not, the lines becoming blurred as the relationship developed.
She looked through the peephole and quickly opened the door. "The quickest way to a woman's heart." She said grabbing the large bag of food from his hand she stepped to the side allowing him in, closing and locking the door behind him."I would hug you... but, we know how that works." She teased him
He smiled. "Would you like to hug?"
"It's a proper greeting." She said shrugging and placing the bag of food on the living room table.
"That's not what I asked." He replied back standing in one spot as he turned his head watching her walk into the kitchen. Aubrey shoved his hands in his pockets and eyed her.
"I know, I'm just saying it's a proper greeting."
She walked back around the counter and sat two plates down on the table, the silverware still held tight in her hand. Aubrey smirked as he looked down at her.
"You may hug me." He told her.
Lori chuckled, she leaned down placing the silverware on the table, she stepped closer and wrapped her arms around his shoulders his hand immediately resting in the center of her lower back, she couldn't resist the urge to breathed in a mixture of cologne and soap filled her nose easily making her lower abdomen tingle. She looked at him lustfully for a split second after pulling away.
"How are you?" She snapped herself from the trance.
"I'm better."
She laughed and shook her head at his vague reply once again picking and choosing how much he would reveal. He sat down diagonal from her, making sure he still had a full perfect view of her. If she was his sub he'd be circling her by now, having her stand naked to examine her body, a process in which he required for his subs, checking for piercings, scars, tattoos, markings of any kind, birthmarks, what on her body was surgically enhanced and what was natural. He'd know every inch of what she looked like, felt like, smelled like, he was so thorough you could blindfold him and send him down the of all his subs and he'd be able to tell which one was which.
"Well, since it's better it must have been pretty bad?" She arches her eyebrow as she sat down in the, drawing her legs up and crossing them over one another.
"No, not bad at all. I spent it with my Godson actually... at a toy store."
"Really? You in a toy store?..."
"Yeah, I was in a toy store."
"How old is your Godson?"
"Three."
"You, in a toy store, with a three-year-old?"
Aubrey frowned. "I'm beginning to feel insulted."
Lori laughed. "I just don't see you in a toy store with a three-year-old. You're too serious, Doms like you don't have fun like that."
"Doms like me!? Now I'm definitely insulted, what's that supposed to mean." He said sitting back and making himself comfortable, folding his arms across his chest waiting for her reply.
"Look how you just positioned yourself." She pointed and laughed. "I don't know... I think... you're... very controlling, very possessive, meticulous, stern, I think you can be extremely dark, scary..."
Aubrey stat quietly slightly nodding his head taking in all the not so great qualities of a person, knowing they weren't great. "I am all those."
"That's why you can't have fun." She laughed.
"I think you'll soon find out what my fun is." He said. His jaw clenched under his beard a, barely-there smirk that wasn't necessarily welcoming. Lori held her gaze at him, he had certain moments, made certain comments, had certain expressions that made goosebumps cover her arms and the hair stand on the back of her neck. The same characteristics she just rattled off came pouring through in his reply, that tingling feeling in her lower stomach, it was a quality in which she found to be intoxicating.
She reached for the bag of food quickly taking her eyes from him, his intimidation had overpowered her and she needed to be distracted. "So is this hanging out with your Godson preparation for when you have your own kids?" She changed the subject while pulling the Indian food from the bag unable to look back up at him just yet.
He licked his bottom lip while he watched her open the containers to purposely avoid his gaze, her demeanor had changed she had become small as if she sunk further into the chair.
"No, I don't want children." He finally replied.
She finally looked up, confusion on her face, her eyebrows creased. "But uh, in your contract you talk about not using condoms and subs not being on birth control."
"Correct." He nodded. "I will not use a condom, I don't care for them, they're not one hundred percent effective, birth control is... a bit controversial, I understand it's a gift and a curse kind of. I know it's sometimes good for periods but it can also cause depression and I will not have my sub go through that. I greatly enjoy cumming in my subs, and to ensure that I can c*m in them whenever I want and as much as I want, I got a vasectomy."
Lori closed her eyes pressing her hand to her forehead. "Duh!" She shook her head. "Obviously, I don't know why that didn't come to my mind."
"And you? Children?"
"Like do I want them?" He nodded at her. "Uh, no." He could tell her reply was brought on by constant judgment, she answered as her head was down, so conveniently mixing and poking at the food in her lap. He sat quietly patiently waiting for her reply knowing it would come when she was comfortable enough to let it out, she could feel his eyes on her. "That's not really something I want to be... a mom... this is probably going to sound really weird... and really bad..." she scrunched up her face closing her eyes as she looked up. "But... I don't find anything enjoyable out of pregnancy... labor... giving birth..." She shrugged. "I don't see anything cute about it, it doesn't interest me. Do I respect the women that do? Absolutely! I mean the female body is mind blowing... the things that it does in order to make a human is wild... it it makes... organs and skin and a whole heart and that is mind blowing every time I think about but... no, I don't want kids."
"So, no... what is that clock that they say women have?"
Lori frowned thinking of what he was referring to. "Uh, clock?... uh... oh um you're talking about that maternal clock when Mother Nature starts clicking and telling you to have a baby..."
He nodded and smirked. "Yeah, that."
"Uh... I don't think so? I haven't heard any ticking and when I do I'll let people know to lock me up but I don't Awww for it when I see one... it just kind of morphs into a huge dollar sign wrapped in a blanket. My older sister has five and I absolutely love every one of them I am in love with them, obsessed with them... but every time she got pregnant all I could think of was why? Why again?" She forced a laugh then shrugged.
The topic in itself was taboo, while the female body was made to reproduce, that's why it existed. It was why they had breast, to feed the child, it was why their hips were set further apart than males so that they could accommodate the growing space. It was why the female body had a higher tolerance for pain than the male did. Yet Lori was just another woman out in the world that secretly avoided questions like this because she always made to feel bad for not seeming to be interested in reproducing, maybe she'd find the right man and change her mind was always the number one reply and to end the conversation once she realized the other party was unwilling to understand, she'd simply nod her head and agree.
Aubrey stared at her, silently having pity for her behind his emotionless and unreadable face, not because she carried this idea about having children but because he could tell she was often judged by the idea as if something was wrong with her, as if she was broken in a sense, often told that she'd grow out of it.
"I completely understand." He replied back. She looked up, genuinely shocked, expecting to be judged.
"Thanks." she smiled.
"And marriage?" He asked.
These were all questions he would ask a sub, they were in his contract and required an honest answer in order to move along. But his curiosity became less s****l and crossed into genuinely wanting to know her thoughts and opinions on topics. He swallowed halfway embracing himself for a possible full-on description of what she wanted her wedding to be like. Lori nodded her head from side to side as she chewed with her mouth closed, she had become playful, her demeanor had shifted, she was no longer small or intimidated, his no judgment and criticizing of her thoughts on pregnancy made her comfortable enough to continue.
"Eh..." she finally said.
"Eh!?" Aubrey replied back, with a single chuckle.
She nodded and laughed. "Yeah, Eh... if it happens then cool if it doesn't then cool... I'm not worried about it. It's not something I have on a checklist." Aubrey's chest deflated, mentally praying and hoping for the best answer actually worked out. He watched poke at the food in its container, she debating on furthering her reply, she had become more confident no longer stumbling over her words nervously. "I always thought it was weird that people tell young men to finish school and travel and acquire as much knowledge as he can, get the best job and live life to the fullest, don't get held down or tied down by anything, live out your 20's and find yourself... then that same person turns and tells a young woman to finish school and find a great man, get married and create this beautiful foundation with her beautiful family." Lori laughed and squinted her eyes. " Society ages women like milk, we have a shelf life of 30 years old." Her laughter quieted and she placed her hand to the middle of her chest. "If you're a woman and you're successful and you're over 25, not married, no kids... then there's something wrong with her, it can't be that she's made the choice to be single with no kids, it means that she must be crazy or a b***h or too demanding or too dominant and no man wants to deal with that, you put your career first and now it's too late that's why she's alone." She sent her hand in his direction. "But if a man is 30 and not married and no kids he's a catch. Because that means he focused on himself and he got his career going, he's saving himself for the perfect woman to build the perfect foundation, that's why he's not married yet... I respect marriage and I commend the ones that do it their way and make it fit them so they're happy, but no I don't care to be married to anyone."
