Megan had truly surprised me, and she was evidently serious about helping me in exchange for my effort to make our marriage tolerable because she didn’t hold back. She licked her pink lips before turning to the two others, who clearly didn’t appreciate the show Megan was putting on for them, but for me, it was simply perfect.
“I’m sure you two will have a wonderful honeymoon though,” Megan remarked.
She was playing her role very well, and she wouldn’t stop running her hands all over me, almost as if stating her claim on me. It drove Brooke insane.
“I’m sure we will,” Brooke replied, crossing her arms. “You are, of course, invited to the wedding.”
