Wilson filled in more important details to Suarez while Edward drove faster, so that they’ll be able to reach the venue just in time. Doing his part well while Edward handled the driving, Suarez relayed the information to the lead detective without missing any piece of facts—the thought of putting the phone on speakers was useless due to the blazing storm outside; making it difficult for both detectives to hear Wilson’s voice no matter how loud the volume was. Therefore, Suarez patiently relayed the information to Edward so that he’s aware at the same time.
As expected, Edward was high in his emotions.
