“Michael!” Everyone, with the notable exception of Levi, jumped up to greet the archangel. It was a clamor of voices, human less refined than angel, but it was a complementary kind of sound between the two. Adam grinned up at Michael and got one in return. Silver wings curled closer as Adam helped the big being over to the table. Gabriel pushed over a stool and Adam helped Michael get situated.
