Aliah was in awe to hear Carl saying these words. It barely happens to hear a guy saying such statements because most of them hate mellow. But Aliah agrees with his last statement. Maybe I am declining to open up the door to those who keep knocking because somebody else’s owns the key. If she will give it a try to fall in love again, she wants it to be with Liam.
She shuts her mouth from what Carl has mentioned. She doesn’t want to share anything further than what she already told him. She just told him her story so she won’t feel guilty anymore for being snobbish or somewhat rude.
