It took him a while to get back his bearings, his head spinning like a spin-wheel after that mind-blowing o****m he’d just experienced. How could he go back to being his normal self after that tempestuous escapade?
When he looked at her, her beautiful teal eyes stared back at him openly without fear or shyness. That was not the reticent Ella who’d been keeping something from him since he’d met her the first time. That was a totally different Ella.
