It’s been minutes since Calie left to get her cell phone but she wasn’t back yet, and Elle just noticed it.
“Calie’s not back yet.”Elle said.
“Oh yeah. I thought she’s just going to be quick.”Rina said looking around.
“Maybe she got distracted or something.”Mickey said.
Then they heard the bell rings.
“There goes the bell. Maybe she went ahead the class.”Elle said, and the others nodded.
“Let’s go.”
They grabbed their bags and went inside the school building to go to their next class. But it confuses them that they didn’t see Calie inside the classroom. She didn’t even come even after the bell rang. The whole class went on but Calie didn’t show up.
After their class, they all went to their locker.
