Two days have passed since the engagement. The ceremony went by smoothly and surprisingly the people were kind. There were two balls that were held after the engagement. The first was a meet and greet with the commoners of the dragon kingdom. Everyone was surprisingly accepting, presently me with gifts and complimenting me. The second was the dinner ball with the higher official. I was surprised at how friendly and supporting they were.
