Jake quickly lifted Quinn’s sleeve, and gently held her arm. Examining each cut, he made sure that none were too deep. Quinn began to sob as she thought that she was about to get lectured or made fun of like Olivia did. Jake noticed her trembling body and pulled her close. “Quinn, it’s okay.” He said, soothing her. He wanted to find a way to make her feel better. There was one way that he thought he could. Sitting next to her on the bed, Jake pulled up his sleeves, revealing all his tattoos. He held his arm out to Quinn. “Feel the surface,” he said to her, calmly. She looked up at him, trying to calm herself between sobs. Finally, she looked at his arm.
