Stephanie's POV
Facing dilemma by my father's words, I called Raine. I didn't wait so long for Raine to pick up her phone cause once it connects she answered it abruptly.
"Hello, Steph! What makes you call me this late at night? Good thing I'm still awake. Got problem over there?" As long she presses the phone and it is connected to my phone, Raine pouring words to me instantly. I sigh upon hearing Raine's voice.
"And may I know why sighing?" Raine adds. "Could you stop a little and hear me out?" Steph said.
"Ok. I know you have a burden in your chest, I'm listening." Raine's voice becomes soft. I start to talk about her conversation with my father later that noon through the phone. I feel she sympathize with me. She sigh before I heard her again.
