I paced around my new office that still stank of Riley’s over use of cologne. I had to be crazy to be doing this. I am a submissive wolf, and no matter how much I tried to cling on to Nick and Nole’s belief in me that I could do this, I could not shake the feeling that I was getting too deep here. Stopped in my pacing when there was a knock at the door. It opened and in walked Mr.Finch, a wide grin on his face as I lowered my head in greeting.
He walked in, his smell overpowering the ghost of Riley’s making me want to hold my breath. "Dawn." He drawled, unbuttoning his jacket and taking the seat at the other side of my desk as he gestured for me to do the same. “I am here to talk to you about your new role, help you to find your feet.”
