Irina Blindside by emotion, I stumbled from my room with blurry vision. I bit my cheek trying to focus, as the need to move away from my betrayers was so strong it filled every sense. Those I trusted the most. The world I knew was already upside down, and now the foundation had crumbled away. Buffeted by waves of emotion, sadness, hurt, and finally anger, I tried to make sense of it. Vaguely aware I needed somewhere to sit and gather my thoughts, I found a supply cupboard.
