Since the day my men left for Temple Valley, I have been restless. Deck has been updating me daily on what was going on, and so far, they haven’t had any luck. The men were taking turns being on watch at their apartment, and Deck reported that they hadn’t seen Victoria or Christianna come in and out of their place.
I was in my office sitting behind my desk, reading some of the paperwork that was on my desk, but my mind couldn’t process anything I was reading. I rotated my neck and stretched out my shoulders.
“Don’t worry, Alpha, we’ll find them,” Brian said as he placed a hand on my shoulder.
I let out a heavy sigh, “Yeah, I hope so, B.”
“We got our best men out there looking for them, including Deck.”
