I woke up in the morning seeing Alena sleeping beside me Lucas start snapping at me like always "do you always have to be with a girl" growling he said " can”t you wait for our mate" I ignore him

Sorry I don't want to rude my name is James Lucas Lither King and actually, I'm the Alpha king of all the Alphas so my last name being king fits perfectly Lucas is my wolf who won't stop looking for his mate and going all softy on me I just want to have a good time but he never wants that " save yourself for our mate" blah blah blah I'm the king I can do whatever I want I need so lovesick wolf to tell me what to do I get enough of that with my mom

My pack name is a Blood moon pack the largest pack that exists so I can do whatever I want I don’t need a mate or anyone to tell me what to do plus I'm 24 if I had a mate I would of find her by now

Back to the present, I went to the bathroom to take a quick shower and get the dress I'm having breakfast when my mom walks in "good morning mother" I said in my usual unreadable tone "good morning Lucas" she said in a bored expression "I see that you're still mad at me" I tell her she sets me up with girls all the time hoping that I will find my mate and have kids but every time I never go and last night I was supposed to go meet a model that she said "is good for you" "you will cut babies" thinking about it I want to laugh "mom I'm sorry I promise next time that I will go and meet whoever you want" I said with heavy sights "please mom forgive your only son" I tell her with a puppy eyes "fine I will give you this week but next week you will start meeting them promise" she said with a smile "promise" I kiss her cheeks

It was almost time for me to go "I have the annual meeting today so I need to go but see you soon and I love you" I tell her "oh well good luck and try not to make any uncomfortable will you?" she smiles "sure as long as they don't piss me off" with that I walk out of my Palace and found my two bodyguards waiting for me I enter one of my black Suv and my chauffeur drove to my company

You must be thinking how can 24 years old owned a company as big as Luther King.. Well went my father died as his first and only son the company was given to me but I like to work with my little sister Mary and her mate who is also my best friend and beta Nick but they all reports to me

It takes 30 to 45 minutes to get to work so I have a little bit of time left so I took my phone out and call Nick on the second rings he took it

Nike: "I was wondering when you going to call"

Me: "mom had one of her scenes on breakfast so I couldn't call" I sight

Me: " I'm happy for you and don’t you dare hurt my sister," I said in a serious threat I may be a jerk but I will not let anything happens to my mom and sister and Nike is the third person and the last that I have a close family

Nike: "I'm not stupid you know she's my life," he tells me in a serious tone and I believe him

Nike: "anyway my assistant is going to attend the meeting by herself and please don't be hard on her" ah that assistant again

Me: "I have earned so much about her and I'm finally going to meet her great she may as well be......" before I could finish he cut me off

Nike: "don”t even think about it she a good girl and I don't want you to rouned her" I could hear my sister in the background of the phone yelling at me not to even think about it

Me: "well...we will see if she as good as you said" teasingly

Nike: "I'm told not to think you it..."

I cut the phone smiling and I was looking forward to meeting the so-called precious assistant that had everyone rapt up around her fingers

The car suddenly stopped letting me know that we arrived at work the door was open and I got out and walk into the building without looking back it comes with a lot of advantage my strong and powerful aura causing people to move aside and bowls the hear in respect women giggling and gossiping about me and who I will pick today I went straight to my private elevator which took me to the top floor were my office is and......

Suddenly this scent hit me this aroma is heavenly in every way possible its strawberry mixed with chocolate there is a hint of caramel I need to know what or who smells like this I start following the scent and surprisingly it leads me to the conference room where everyone was standing expect one it a woman but I couldn't see her face I didn't acknowledge anyone I went straight to my sit which was close to the woman and the moment I set my eyes on her my wolf yelled MATE.....
