Ace's POV
As soon as I heard the click of the lock, I knew she was done talking to me. I had to be honest with her about what I learned today. Savannah called me and begged to meet me, saying something had happened and she had to talk to me. I told her to meet me at the restaurant. I wanted to be in public so she wouldn't try anything.
***Flashback to restaurant***
I sat down at the table waiting for her to show up. The waiter brought me some water and some menus. Not that I planned to eat. I would talk to her and then leave and finish what I needed to do and go back to Berkley. I wanted to cook her dinner tonight.
