Now that the head councilman Horace sent out order for the White Devil’s capture, the kingdom is in uproar. Soldiers, guards in every corner, check points in every entry and exit points.
The news of the White Devil is spreading like wildfire. Some were scared; some are seeing the White Devil as a hooded vigilante, saving the kingdom from the council’s tyranny. Of course the remaining council members are not thrilled about it.
