Nico The scent of a woodsy cigar wakes me up. I open my eyes to see Raven’s friend Loki sitting at the edge of the cave, smoking a cigar. Raven is fast asleep on my chest. She stirs as I carry her in my claw and set her gently on the bed before shifting back to human form. Loki turns to me and raises an eyebrow but says nothing. I pull on a pair of shorts and lumber over to him. A plume of smoke rises from him. “You know I care a lot about Raven.” I sit beside him, and he passes his cigar, and I take a hit, “I gathered that,” I say as smoke billows out of my mouth. “Good,” I pass the cigar back to him. “When we were in school, Raven was the only one who noticed me.
