Chapter Fifty Four
Chloe spent the next week mainly in the packhouse with Zander each night. She hated staying in the dorm by herself, so Zander had agreed that once Nicki was back, they would move all her things to their room, and she would become a day student. It made sense as she had to divide a lot of her time between the school and pack anyway, as she took on more responsibility and Luna duties. Each night was a heavenly kind of torture for both Zander and Chloe, as they resisted the pull between them. It appeared the more they resisted the stronger it became, and neither of them knew how long they could avoid the temptation, but neither of them had the strength to sleep in separate rooms.
