Chapter Thirteen .
Chloe felt like she was having an out-of-body experience. She watched, as the woman who had tried to drape herself around Zander stared at her. Suddenly, the woman ran towards her. Before she knew what was happening, Liam, Kris and Gav surrounded her, as the woman ran, then the unbelievable happened, right before Chloe’s eyes.
The woman’s body snapped, and changed, the sound of breaking bones echoing around the field, and in her place was a large grey wolf, baring its teeth and snarling at Chloe.
Frozen in shock, Chloe looked at the beast as it launched towards her. To the side she could hear Nicki screaming in terror, then she felt the beast bite her leg. Chloe let out an ear-shattering scream of pain, as the wolf clamped its jaws around her leg and began to shake
