"I can carry some of those." Ruby grunted as she pried her suitcase out of Tommy's hand, except he wasn't releasing his grip. They needed to remain as inconspicuous as possible and a gorgeous Tommy plus his football player size lugging three suitcases around while she carried nothing was bound to draw attention.
The corner of his mouth twitched. "It's not heavy."
She yanked on her luggage until he relented and let her have it. When she reached for her carryon bag in the back of the taxi, he shook his head.
"Just walk. We'll weave through the busy city streets and we've got a bit of a hike."
