Chapter Eight I sat alone in the cage for hours. Or maybe it was minutes; I dunno. Without a clock to show me the time, I was unable to figure out what time it was. It didn’t help that the lack of sun was messing with my internal clock. I wondered if this cage had been deliberately designed by the G-Men to do this to prisoners kept down here. Knowing how those bastards operated, I wouldn’t be surprised if that was true. I didn’t get a lot of visitors, just an occasional government employee who would come down to give me my meals.
