Chapter Nineteen: How many truths, how many lies? The scale was definitely not at a good balance!
I was in a game of Survival now and I guess lying to him was still part of it.

"What is the matter? Come in, my Luna!" Alpha Stryde was quick to offer as soon as he noticed how frozen I was. I gulped hard, thinking about the inevitable conversation that was about to follow my entry into this room.
"Do not worry, that buffoon will not bother you anymore, and come on, do you think I would ever let him enter our room?" He questioned, genuinely bewildered by my hesitation.
If only he knew...
This was not about thinking Alpha Baron was in the room, it was about him interrogating me on his accusations, which were true. I was just not ready for that!
