Tang Ling thanked Huang Lei and left his residence. He knew that even if Huang said that it was common, it costed at least a ton of money. Only the LV 7 Elite Little Imp is considered as a danger but could be easily removed by the LV10 adults. This was the strength of the 3 levels.

After 10 minutes of walk, Tang Ling encountered a bear.

Tang Ling readied his stance with his knife in hand, the bear who saw him started to salivate...

'This human looked quite good !' thought the Lorse Bear. But indeed, it was stupid as he charged blindly before checking his enemy's strength.

Tang Ling waited for the bear to approach and viciously stabbed many times to the neck and dodged to the corner as the bear swiped his paws.

"Yah !" shouted Tang Ling, his fighting experience was small but his wits and battle prowess was quite good; it was like these tactics came from his mind and blood. This shout was to stun or distract the opponent and deal a killing blow to them.

PSHA! The tactic worked and the bear who was looking for Tang Ling was stunned for a few moments but those few moments were enough for Tang Ling to pierce its strong head.

Tang Ling was excited, it was his first time killing an LV10 monster. The difference was real, LV 9 and 10 were different. LV 10-11, experienced a qualitative change in strength, and monsters who already have a stronger body would be even stronger!

Ugh! Tang Ling dodged the pounce and began to retreat from the leopard for a few breaths. Then as it tried to re-engaged, Tang Ling dodged the swipe and cut the right eye.

"Grah !" it roared out of pain but Tang Ling didn't give it a breath and stabbed it on the other eyes, killing it; its brain was pierced.

But the time that Tang Ling used to kill the Black Leopard wasn't enough, the rest had enough time to approach him and started their ambush.

"What the f*** ?! How could beasts develop their intelligence ?" swore Tang Ling. He didn't know that beasts could use tactics! Even in Monster raids in Bao Feng City didn't use them, they were only gatherings of monsters to attack human cities and eat flesh; if they were so capable, Bao Feng City would already have fallen long ago.

Tang Ling tensed up as he gulped the water in the Lone Dawn Gourd.

Swouch! A flickery shadow appeared and in an instant, every beast was pulverized in a single breath...

Then after killing the beasts, Tang Ling could finally see the mysterious person who helped him.

It was a man of around 188 cm and had long black hair. The man wore a cloth that had the same style as his clothes but was also different. His demeanor was like a sword, a very sharp one.

The man looked at him with some interest: " You're quite good. Come with me " he then jumped over 25 meters to land on a tree. "Let's Go !"

Tang Ling couldn't understand the motive of the mysterious man but he still followed him. If the man wanted to kill him, he could just kill him right now and the man just saved his life so he needed to follow him.

Tang Ling followed the man for 20 minutes before the man stopped. The trip was very tiring, the mysterious would just jump at trees at fast speed and Tang Ling needed to follow him, running for 20 minutes was really exhausting!

Then Tang Ling took a good breath to calm his body and took a look where the man stopped.

Seeing this scenery, Tang Ling gasped.

Here, there was a wooden house that was suspended on a mountain, and under it was a waterfall. Although simple, one would feel comfortable and the location didn`t seem to be in a bad space...

"This is my territory, the Above the Waterfall Mansion is the name of my place." smiled the mysterious man. "My name is Huang Bai, the master of this mansion and guardian of Huangs or the Lone Dawn Village."

"You're the guardian of Lone Dawn Village ?" said Tang Ling in disbelief, was he stronger than Forger Wang and Village Head? These people were so strong that he couldn't see their levels.

Huang Bai seemed to have read his mind and shook his head. "No, I'm only a little bit stronger than them... My position is known in the county of villages. But I'm the master of the Martial Arts of Baiji-quan. I am inviting you to my territory because I want you to learn Baiji-quan."

"Baiji-quan?" asked Tang Ling with a frown. The old man wanted to teach him Baiji-quan?

Tang Ling heard about it, Baiji-quan was also practiced in the Lone Dawn Village, kids would train on it to become stronger.
