I’m pacing back and forth in my office, waiting for Kelvin to show up. This entire day started off well enough, but now it’s turning into a sh.itshow. I have no idea where Karver is, but I do know that Tessa approached him. I have no idea what it was about, but I can guess. I’m never one to call out other women because that’s just wrong. I will say that Tessa is, friendlier than many.
My office door opens, and Kelvin walks in. He takes a seat on my couch, and I stop pacing to look at him. He looks…..calm. It’s weird how calm and collected he looks right now. I shake my head because now isn’t the time to worry about everything. “What’s up?”
“William called.”
“And?”
“And… he’ll be moving in here the next day or so.” Kelvin doesn’t respond and I stand quietly. The silence is bro
