Emma’s POV
I wake up from a bit of light streaming through the curtain of the window. I squint at the brightness of the light before I jumped up looking around. I jolted and grabbed my right side as a sharp pain ran through it. Taking deep breaths and looking around, I quickly noticed that I was in one of the hospital rooms in the pack hospital.
Once the pain settled down, I gently and slowly sat up. My body felt a little sore, but I was able to sit up on my own. I looked down at the hospital gown that I was wearing. I remembered my clothes being torn to shreds by those rogues last night.
