“What?” Damon yells and I cover my ears with my hands. As I suspected, he didn’t take the news quiet well. I place the plates of food on the table and sit down before starting to explain it further.
“We werewolves mark our mates to show every other werewolves that they are taken. It’s a bite on the neck, don’t worry, it’s not too deep, just a prick. If you decide to accept me of course.” I tell him shyly. “When you will turn after a few days, you will mark me too and we need to …. mate after that to finalise our mating process.” I add while I feel myself blushing.
“Why the hell we need to do that, isn’t it enough if we will be together or get married or something? Why I need to turn just to be with you?” Damon asks in disbelief and Daniel can’t hold back his laugh
