"Mommy, please wake up." I heard Heidi and tried to open my eyes until a light fluttered through my eye lids and I groaned. "Mommy!" I opened my eyes wide when Heidi's voice seemed so scared.
"I'm here baby, where are we?" I asked trying to sit up but something was wrapped around my arms.
"In the back of a truck." She started to cry and I shushed her and tried to spot her but the light hurt too much.
"Don't worry child, your mommy, you, and me are going to be the best family ever." I heard the voice of my past and started breathing heavier.
