NO, HE IS MINE
Cooper went to the store to ensure that their new client loved the space but things took a major turn and he ended up giving her a pep talk.
Let's be honest, he was not expecting her to be so broken yet she had shown so much bravery by opening the first ever bakery in Virgin River. This was confusing.
Copper was raised by a strong woman and he expected all women to be strong but the moment she broke down, he realised that he had to do something. He had to be a good friend to her and help her out .
Juliana was not the only one who is in pain. Recently, Cooper was forced to go through so much pain and hurt thanks to losing his girlfriend. He did not even know if he would recover but what got him to his feet is the help that he got from his friends especially Dorah.
Cooper was keen to applaud Juliana's bravery to start a bakery in this town where people pretend to keep fit yet their souls are as black as a charcoal. They are evil people. According to Cooper, fitness is not running around in shorts and cute t-shirts to show off, fitness is ensuring that you are a good person in and out.
It's good to exercise, but he does not think that one will ever see results if they have a bad heart. That is Virgin River town for you. People are good at pretending. They seem good on the outside but inside they are bad people who wish bad things upon other's.
Juliana is new here. The moment she broke down, Cooper knew that it was his responsibility to try and reassure her.
However, she had to be strong because It is going to be tough running her business in this town because of the people living in it. He cannot be always there to make her feel better. That is actually why he tried his best to tell her that she is brave. Cooper doesn't understand why she cannot see it but she is.
Seeing her breakdown and doubting her existence reminded him of how he was two weeks ago when life brought him to his knees. Cooper decided not revisit that once again because he did not want to cry all over again.
After Juliana calmed down,
he had to excuse himself and go about his day.
He thought that Juliana was just any other lady he had met but something about her was different. As he was walking down the street, h couldn't help but think about her. This was really odd because Juliana was not his type. She was not that pretty as the girls he has dated in the past. Anyway, it was strange that he found it hard to dismiss her from his thoughts.
He could feel that she was different, and in a good way. There is something about her, something that she had never found in any woman that he has been close with.
They had hardly been together for ten minutes but he could feel that she had done something to my heart. Anyway, Cooper decided not to kid myself, he was not ready for any relationship since his last one...Well, once again he was not ready to talk about it since it is an emotional story that he wanted to forget but it is becoming impossible.
Cooper sighed deeply to distract his mind before I walked into the apartments he is living at that was located down the street. He had my bachelor pad on the last floor just next to the rooftop and he couldn't wait to get in so that he could relax. It had been a long day and he really needed to relax.
**
What Cooper told Juliana stuck. Each time she remember his cute ocean blue eyes, she remember that she was brave.
Him being here had given her so much gusto to go for what she believed in and that is her bakery. She actually ended up scrubbing the floors and wiping all the surfaces.
She ensured the bakery was sparkling clean before I locked it.
It has been a long day filled with travelling and cleaning. Anyway, she had to go back to her small apartment that was on the next street and sleep. The next day was going to be a long day since it will be the launch of her bakery, Treats with Juliana.
As she was closing through the front door so that she could exit, she heard someone tap her from behind. Juliana found it a bit creepy though she turned and that is when she saw her for the first time.
She was a definition of perfection. She had long legs, a good nice body and very long hair. Her outfit and makeup was on point. Basing on her pause, Juliana could already tell that she was a model.
"Are you undressing me with your eyes?" She asked.
Shit! She had caught her staring.
"No, of course not. " Juliana shrugged, forcing a smile to ease the nervousness that she was feeling.
"Ease! I was joking. My name is Dorah by the way. " She said with a small , perfect smile lighting up her face.
"My name is Juliana," She said.
"Juliana? I have never met you before… Have I?" She asked.
"No, of course not. I am new to this town. " Juliana said with a smile.
"Oh I see,"She said.
"Can I go now?" Juliana asked after an awkward brief moment of silence.
"Actually, do not go yet for I want to ask you something. Have you seen Cooper? He asked me to wait for him here. I am supposed to see him tonight,"She announced and Juliana could feel her heart throbbing in pain.
No way! This cannot be true. Cooper cannot be Dorah's boyfriend. No!
"Have you seen him?" She asked once again, faltering her from her thoughts.
