Lorenzo "Don't you think that we gonna rock this year bro? I don't wanna waste this year. What you guys say?" Zander asked.  "Ugh man, we should do something which everyone in the school would remember forever. Remember it's our senior year," Travis said handing a joint to Ace who sat beside Devin. It is illegal to smoke weed but who cares. It is hard to find good quality weed here and when we do we smoke it without any care in the world. "Pass it," Travis asked Ace to pass the joint. "here," Zander handed his Travis. "What ya writing?" Travis asked Israel taking a puff of his joint. "Our classroom number, we are on the third floor. Room number 303," Israel said.  "303? Aren't we going to change classes as per subjects?" Travis asks confusedly. Yusuf laughed slapping Travis on his back. "Are you dead or what bro? Last night and day before yesterday Israel as been telling us that the system in the school has been changed. We are going to sit in the same room for all the subjects except the second language," Yusuf explained. "Wah, I remember now. This motherfucker has been speaking about school so I zoomed out," Travis says laughing. "Who are all there in the same class as us?" Zander asked the twins Israel and Yusuf. They are the only two who keep up with the matters relating to the school. "It's going to be 30 per class, divided into two. 15 boys and 15 girls. Veronica and her girls are in our class. Only rich kids are in our class," Yusuf says. "Ohoh..." Ace makes sounds. I keep the joint away as my head starts getting heavy. this s**t is stronger than what I thought. "Actually we are having 31 members in our class. An extra girl, I think her name is Zara, the topper kid of Greenwoods high." Isreal explained. "That nerd who has been the topper of our grade from our years?" Ace asks. "Yes, that nerd," Isreal answers. Now that got my attention. Zara? Why didn't I heard about her before? How would I know when I don't even care about the results and toppers of the school. "Never seen her before," Zander said taking the joint which I kept away. "Even I don't know about her. I got to know about her when I checked the list of students we are going to sit with," Isreal said. "I have a feeling that everything is going to change. this year will be different and it will be changing our lives," Devin finally says standing from the comfy chair and walks over to me.   Yeah, this year is going to be different than the other years. I lit my cigar and let my head fall back on the couch before releasing the smoke. Thinking of this final year, I need to push my grades up. Academics and studies aren't my things, I don't have any option left now. The only thing which I need to concentrate on is to push my grades up.  I had a big fight with my dad early in the morning about how low my grades are. I need to prove him wrong and show him that I'm capable to get a rank. I need to find someone who would help me with my grades. The teachers and the tutors are doing a shitty job trying to teach me. They are only helping me to get good sleep while teaching those subjects. It's already a failed mission from their side. I don't have much time if I want to get good grades I need to start preparing from the basic level to understand all those concepts.  The first day of school starts in an hour. We still have a hell of a time, to go. The initial thought or plan was to bunk the classes but not anymore.  "Bro, what do you guys think of a bet this year?" Travis asked. "Bet? What kind of bet?!" Ace questioned who is sitting opposite me on the single sofa. I leaned on Devin's shoulder placing my head on his. The dude smells good all the time and he doesn't smoke. "Don't sniff like a dog," Devin comments. I punch his stomach playfully. If it was someone I would've punched their faces but it is Devin. Among all the eight boys, Devin is the closest to me. He treats me like his own brother and I treat him like my own. The boys are my best friends but Devin is like a family. "See, we are seniors now and within a few months we will be going in our own ways," Travis replied. "Yeah! That’s true so what’s the point in it?!" Zander asked. "We all almost slept with so many girls around these years. So this year we will bet on whom you should date and count how many days you took before taking her to bed," Travis answered smugly. "Dating? Bro we never date we all bed them to satisfy our lust," Zander said. Which made us all high-five each other and laugh. True feelings is bullshit, they die as soon as you spend time with the other person. Relationships only make a person prisoner where he can't live the way he wants and he/she got a partner who would be sticking to their side. Where is the freedom in it? Enjoy, roam around, smoke, drink, kiss whoever you want to and enjoy the single life without any attachments.   "Think about it man, we aren't dating them for real. We are going to f**k them then dump them," Travis spoke stretching his arms out. I thought for a few minutes about what Travis said. the bet sounds cool to me. The door opened, Marcus and Jones made their way towards us. Marcus looks like s**t when he removed his sunglasses. "Why didn't lift my calls?" Ace asked Jones. "Because of this bastard. He threw my phone in the lake..." Jones said pointing Marcus. Marcus fell on the sofa with his legs on Isreal's lap. "What the s**t happened to his face?" Zander asked them. "He f****d a college girl in the local garage. That girl got a boyfriend who was also in the party," Jones said. "She was hot and good at giving ahead," Marcus spoke. Devin shook his head while Jones slapped Marcus's head. Jones and Marcus are best friends, you won't find them alone. They hang out and even sleep together in the same room.  "Yeah! Let’s make a bet," I said raising my head. "Huh?!" All the boy’s looked at me with a questioning look. "As Travis said, this year we will make bet on each other. We all will be having a girl as a bet. We should make her trust that we are truly head over heels in love with her and when you finally take her to bed, the bet ends. We will count the day of the beginning to the day of the end. If you complete your task before the deadline you will be having all the money which we bet on you," I stated calmly watching the white smoke. "If you didn’t complete your task you will be paying money to us. So, what you guys say? I ask them. They thought for a few minutes looking at each other's face. "That sounds better, I'm in," Travis says raising his hand. "I am in” Zander and Ace, both said at a time. "Yeah, man. Me too,"  Yusuf said. I have a smirk on my face. "So, who is the first one to play?" I ask them. Because for sure I'm going to be the last one to play this game. they thought about it. "Travis, he will e the first one to play this as it was his proposal," Jones said. The boys agreed to it. "But, there is one condition when we end the game. You should make sure that the girl kept her mouth shut," I tell them seriously. If she opened up about this bet, it would be a flop. "We will decide and give Travis the candidate name," I said. Our group consists of nine Me, Travis, Devin, Ace, Zander, Israel, Yusuf, Jones, Marcus. I met Travis and Devin in my kindergarten. Devin was my neighbour but now they shifted their house when Devin's father was caught cheating his mother with his assistant. Yusuf and Israel are twins whom I meet in middle school. Jones, Marcus, Ace, Zander joined us in the same year as the twins. And we all play football at our school. So, we have a connection with each other closely. "Let us go to school now," Devin said standing up. I stood up with him followed by the boys. I got my own apartment studio from my mother. It is a secret that is kept hidden from my dad. I use this penthouse studio to hang out with boys. It's like our own paradise where we smoke and drink but girls aren't allowed here.  Yusuf pressed the button of the private elevator and the doors opened. We all got in, I handed the car keys to Devin. Usually, Devin comes with me as he doesn't use the car. He rides a superbike and he would be in trouble if his mother finds about it. We all reached the school campus when the bell rang. We parked our car’s in our personal part. Yusuf got our schedule papers, I pulled my ID card out to scan the screen. This will let my dad know that I'm present in school. He especially put it for me which sucks... I can see a few students in the hall, but quickly went away when they saw me coming. I really enjoy the fear in their eyes when they see me. It kinda makes me smirk seeing their reaction. We are 15 minutes late. I pushed my hands into the pant pockets while walking to my class with Travis and Devin on either side with boys in the back. I put on my cold face without giving off any expression. "And it’s showtime,” Travis said before pushing the doors of homeroom class. Everyone stopped what they are doing and looked at us. I walked into the class followed by my boys. I stopped and gazed t everyone as they gasped in surprise. Pushing my hair back  I made my way to the last row. I sat in the middle, everyone sat in their seats. I didn't care about the different looks they are giving. * I saw that Veronica and some other girls with whom I slept are in the same class. Veronica turned around and gave a lustful look to which I raised my eyebrow. I have known Veronica from my childhood. Her father and my father are best friends and business partners. their family and my family are very close. My mum loves Veronica, I do have a crush on her from childhood. She is beautiful and hot. We slept and f****d many times. Though she is my crush, she slept with all the varsity boys. I don’t judge her, like who the hell is a virgin nowadays. I don’t care with whom she slept until unless her heart is good. I know for a fact that she is bad to others but I'm a demon compared to her, so It doesn’t bother me. She raised her brow at me not breaking the eye contact. Marcus and Zander started commenting in the background. I gave her a smirk by which she understood that we gonna have a night together. My phone vibrated, I saw a text from Veronica Hey, sexy, let’s meet up? -v Sure - l Okay, my parents are out for a business meeting they won’t be there until tomorrow morning. So ? - v Then, see you tonight - l "She is Zara, the topper nerd," Yusuf said. Which caught my attention, I looked up to see the girl. I kept my phone inside and looked at the girl who is late to the class. I can’t see her face, because she kept her head down. She made her way to her seat and sat quietly.  The classes went on and on, I fell asleep most of the time or played snake and ladder on my phone to pass the time. Devin got his new set of books to read. He likes to read those drawing stories I think they are called comics. When the school ended I went straight to home lying to the boys when they wanted to hang out. My dad is way too serious about my academics so he appointed shitty tutors.
