Alpha Terry's POV: Stepping out of the Harbinger's tent, I took a deep breath, trying to calm my racing thoughts. The Harbinger's frustration was palpable, and it made me uneasy. I knew Gaius and his companions were formidable, but hearing how they had managed to thwart the Harbinger's plans was both troubling and oddly satisfying. As I walked through the camp, my mind churned over what the Harbinger had told me. The intruders had been relentless, despite everything thrown at them. A mischievous smile crept across my face. "My son and his newfound friends aren't so stupid and easy to be toyed with after all," I thought silently.
