I find myself in a strange state of bliss and joy. Honestly, I don't think I've ever felt like this. Staring out the car window, a genuine smile spreads across my lips. My whole body feels light and pleasantly warm, like I'm wrapped up in a fuzzy blanket. Or back in the cottage where Jacob grew up, getting a big hug from his mom or from his dad.
