CHAPTER TWELVE Stella reread Henry’s messages as Maxwell looked up the number. The threats were chilling. How could a professional contractor, representing a company, start escalating things in such a way with a client? Stella wondered, feeling horrified all over again. “His name is Henry Grant. He works for Forest Flooring, which is a wooden floor company with branches all over Connecticut,” Maxwell reported. “Let’s call head office and find out where Henry is today,” Stella said.
