Lucinda POV Lucinda tried repeatedly to pull her wrist free of his grip, but he just tightened it, until she stopped trying in the end. His strides were much longer than hers were, and she found herself practically dragged around the pack by him. She was constantly speed walking or trotting to try and keep up with him. He wouldn’t let go of her wrist and seemed to be on some sort of speed mission that was completely exhausting for her. Nick had shown her the packhouse first. Seeing as they were already in it.
