Suddenly, Liam drove into the compound, I noticed he was the one, and as usual, I didn't show much concern to sight him from the window, as I was already regaining myself at Lucas hands.

" Here is the phone, Mrs Renee." Evelyn handed over the phone to me. Where I was about dialing Norah number, when Liam got the door opened.

Norah's phone rang immediately, but she wasn't picking it. I was surprised to see Mrs Isabella run down the stairs. She stood looking at the door.

" What is the problem mother, you almost scared us." Lucas asked her. Isabella didn't say a word, rather, kept shaking her head in disappointment. I was wondering what really made her act such, but got the shock of my life when Liam came in with Norah, walking hand in hand with her.

" Is this a dream or what.?" I asked Liam, and Norah, robbing hands on my eye, to be sure that I wasn't dreaming.

" I know you all must be shocked." Liam said to us. " But the fact remains that Norah standing with me is my mate." Liam boldly added. I drew closer to Norah and gave her a slap at her right cheeks.

" What did you just do.?" Liam asked me, standing in between me and Norah.

" You Norah, I trusted you, I thought you were a friend indeed, unknown to me that you were a betrayer. You betrayed our friendship." I sobbed, as Lucas held my hands close to him.

" Brother, am yet to believe that Norah is the one you have been cheating on our mate with. Isn't that a disgrace and a disappointment as well.?", " Oh no, I don't believe this is what my brother Alpha Liam is doing." Lucas, shocked his head.

" Same here with me." Isabella answered.

I lay my head on Lucas' chest, sweeping as I can't control my tears.

" You slapped me, Renee.?" Norah asked me, pointing her index finger at me.

" I don't snatched your mate, rather you offered him to me freely." Norah said smiling. I quietly sat on the sofa with my hands on my face.

" You took advantage of my nature as a half breed of wolf, not just that, you made use of my complaint, to win his heart." I replied to her.

" You said that with your mouth." Norah replied to me. Isabella, at her standing position, couldn't believe it was Norah standing with Liam.

" Can someone wake me from sleep. I don't believe that this is my son acting like a beast." " And you Norah, betraying your best friend." She added. Norah smiled, Liam Abit saying a word when his mother drew more closer to him, she lifted her right hand to slap him, but Lucas held her hands.

" Mother, you don't need to do that, I will control the situation." Lucs assured Isabella, yet I was still hurt by what Liam have done.

" You are a disgrace, Liam and Norah, I am so disappointed in both of you." I cried aloud.

" Hahahahaha.* Liam proudly laughed, feeling okay with what he had done.

" You are not remorseful for what you have done, having an affair with your best female friend, our best female friend." Lucas said that before him.

" You all are shocked, seeing her stand with me. What happens when you get to know that she is three weeks pregnant for me. Liam shamelessly said aloud. I couldn't wait to ask him to repeat what he had said when I fainted. " Renee, Renee please don't do this to me." Lucas kept calling on my name, same with Isabella who helped in reviving me. And when I was revived, seeing everywhere was strange. All I remember at that moment was Liam's words that made me faint. Meanwhile, he have left the house with Norah, with plan to mate with her officially.

" I caused this myself." I said within me, sobbing in tears, at Lucas' hands.

" You don't need all this at the moment, what you need now is to calm your head. I know how hurtful this could be, hey you still have to understand that I Lucas is here for you " Lucas consoling me.

" I regret the day I chose to love Liam more than you. I didn't see this coming, else I would have minded my words with Norah." I replied to Lucas, and his mother.
