After a while, one of the members of Richard’s book club, Jess, turns up to check on him. She brings fresh muffins and is the most charming woman Zack has ever met. She’s tall and curvy, with dark black skin and dyed red hair. Kelly, who Zack always thought was straight, looks at her like she’s hung the moon.
