Skylar’s POV
“Sky. Wake up we’re home” Nathan softly shook me awake making my head lift off the car door. We had drove through the night and I had mostly slept, emotionally and physically exhausted.
“Thank you, for coming, I um don’t know how things would’ve went if you didn’t” I spoke making him smile softly and nod. “I’ll always be there, whenever and wherever you need me to be” he assured making me smile back hopping out of the car.
“Your mother is in the infirmary, she was having a hard time with this if you want to see her” he called making me nod and hurry into the pack house.
“Hey mom” I sighed seeing her sitting by the window. “Oh Skylar” she called standing quickly as we rushed to each other wrapping ourselves together in a tight hug. “I’m so sorry I should’ve been there baby”
