I stood in the shower letting the hot water hit my face. The day went excrucially slowly. But I managed to survive. I tried to avoid Derek the whole day, not even sparing him a glance.
I quickly took the towel and started to dry myself, then I got dressed and put my hair up in a messy bun, walking out to meet Em. She was standing with her back on the wall beside the exit door tapping on her phone impatiently, wearing a blue pair of jeans and a pink t-shirt. Our last period was gumnastiks and we hit the showers before going home.
“Aw, there you are! What took you so long? I am starving!” I didn’t answer her, just gave her a dirty look, making her smirk. “You want to tell me what put you in such a sore mood?”
