“That means we are moving.”
I lowered my head, not knowing what exactly I was feeling. Sadness or is it disappointment? Can it be fear? It was everything, the solution that could fix this situation between Derek and me. If we leave and move again, we are not going to have a problem anymore. Colby reached me, touching my shoulder gently.
“Rori? Are you alright?” I looked at his worried face and his beautiful blue-green eyes filled with concern and I couldn’t speak. For some reason, I wanted to but I couldn’t utter a word and I felt sad. I looked up and met Derek's chocolate orbs staring at me, not understanding what was happening.
