For all the broken hearts that mended when we realized that we have always been whole. This is for you ➳ ➳ ➳ There's this concept that when you start falling for someone, you have this filter on you. That effing thing that keeps you from seeing the obvious red flags that you keep ignoring, because you're in that cloud of "falling in love" It's like going out on a very sunny morning, without a cloud in the sky and you're wearing your prettiest dress. You look very flawless and your eyeliner is on fleek. So, you thought to yourself. 'It's going to be a great day' Well sorry to break it to you But it rained Hard!... And you don't have anything to block you from the painful water drops from the sky, because you're the i***t that didn't check the weather report this morning. And you think it's not going to get any worse? sorry to break it to you but it will. You can't get a cab ride and you missed the train. Your sopping wet, down to your ruined shoes and you look like a mangled raccoon. All because you were unprepared and expected all to be sunshine and roses. Yes, tragic! Like love And me? I have such thick lenses that I can be considered blind, the filter in my eyes is so goddamn distorted that you might think that its f*****g photoshopped. This is the story of me, Quincey's unfortunate series of relationships. ➳ ➳ ➳ (Based on true events) The Filter Theory © 2021, Mary Jobbele
