FROM the alpha's office, June brought Diana to her office since it was the nearest place where they could talk privately.
As the door closed, June made a quick physical assessment of her mate. Aside from the puffy eyes and messy hair, the teenager seemed fine.
She took a deep breath and gathered her mate in her arms. As if on cue, the teenager released a loud sob and encircled her slim arms at the tall woman's back.
Whispering assurance, June caressed the young woman's hair. She pressed a kiss on her temple.
"They have my bag. My identifications are there with my keys and wallet." Diana whimpered.
"I'll get it later."
Diana calmed down a few minutes later. She guided her to sit in the chair in front of her table. She sat at the edge of the table.
"You didn't tell me you're coming."
