His eyes opened, immediately. That sounded like a clock. Garullon raised his back and glanced at the clock on the wall. It was morning, already, but the skies were still a bit dark. His heart had skipped for a second, when he almost thought it was the death tick. His phone beeped, startling him. He reached out for it, on the stool close to his bed and glanced at the screen, before answering the call. “Hey, Samoa. You got updates?”
“Yes. I already found Jeremy Pence”, a voice replied, over the phone. “He lives with a girl named Mia Dennis”
“Mia Dennis. Where is the place?”, Garullon asked, hastily.
“Heathenway, 24th street”
“Um, never heard of that place. How far is it?”, Garullon asked and picked a pen and a sheet of paper.
