CHAPTER 11
“Someone do something!” Ethan cried.
Pauly dropped to the floor beside his friend and laid his hand on Angelo’s chest. He couldn’t feel or hear a heartbeat.
"Pauly do something! Please, you helped Marco. Please help my mate." Morgan cried as he rocked Angelo back and forth in his arms.
Pauly gave Morgan a grave look, "I'll do what I can, Morgan, but I'm still new to this."
The ghostly form of Angelo started to rise and Pauly grabbed him before he could take flight.
“Don’t let me go, Pauly. Morgan needs me. Manny needs me. There is so much more I have to do in this life,” Angelo pleaded.
Pauly lifted his head and looked into Angelo’s ghostly eyes. “I won’t let you go, my friend.”
