After the press conference, it was time to go to our hotel. I have no idea about Ez, Becca, or Orla, but I am exhausted. The stress and anxiety of the game topped up with the excitement of winning the championship, and then the edge of the press conference drained me.
We took a car to our hotel. The girls were staying at a nearby hotel, but I was sure tonight we would sleep together. At least that was how I imagined things going down, but as usual, I was completely off.
The car parked at the curve of our hotel and Ezra, Becca and I stepped out of it. I looked around and Orla was sitting inside, and she was talking to the driver. “Muñeca, let's go…” I extended my hand towards her, and she shook her head.
